Contact
Contact the GA Car Insurance Guide.
Spotted an outdated figure or have a question about a guide? Send us a note. We can’t quote prices, sell insurance or advise on your own policy.
- Typical reply: by email, to the address you enter
- Best for: corrections and questions about our guides
- Insurer complaints: Georgia OCI, (800) 656-2298
Before you write to us
We are a small editorial site, not an insurer or an agency, so some requests are better sent elsewhere. Here is where to go for the most common ones.
- A quote or a policy change — contact your insurer or a licensed Georgia agent. We can’t see or change any policy.
- A complaint about an insurer or agent — use the OCI consumer complaint portal, or call Consumer Services at (404) 656-2070, toll-free (800) 656-2298.
- Checking an agent’s license — search the OCI license lookup.
- A suspended license or SR-22A — the Georgia Department of Driver Services handles license suspensions and reinstatement.
- A registration lapse fee — the Georgia Department of Revenue handles lapse and reinstatement fees.
What to send us
Tell us which page you were reading and what looks wrong or unclear. If you have a newer source for a figure, include the link. We check every correction against the original source before we change a page.
Short messages are fine. Please don’t send policy numbers, your driver’s license number or other sensitive details; we don’t need them to answer a question about our guides.
